CHUNKS was started in 2019 by Tiffany Ju.

In her prior life, she was living the Maker life, hand dyeing ombre tights under the brand name B.Z.R. Shop. By 2018, she had dyed over 15,000 pairs of tights. Right out of the gate, her ombre tights flooded Pinterest and Tumblr and gained international recognition and press from BUST Magazine, Refinery29, Design Sponge, Glamour Magazine, Anthology Magazine, The Martha Stewart Show, Brit + Co and many others.

“All my products are proudly made in China. I think it’s really important that makers and artists work with big manufacturing to see how we can reduce and recycle waste. I have a great working relationship with my manufacturers. They are really excited about producing my designs and are also really open to my ideas of where we can do things differently, waste less, or find ways to recycle that waste. These efforts are really a main tenet of what I want CHUNKS to be about”, says Tiffany.

Tiffany graduated with a BFA in Fashion Design from Parsons School of Design but now considers herself an accessories designer and artist.
