Shipping

If your order is confirmed and paid for before 11am Monday to Friday, we'll aim to ship the same day. Orders received after 11am will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day. All orders to a non-rural address can expect delivery in one to two days after receiving shipping confirmation. This is not guaranteed however, and we do encourage you to contact us if your order is required in a short time frame. Over the Christmas period please allow a few extra days on top of this for delivery.



Urgent deliveries: let us know if you need something urgently. We can arrange an overnight courier for you for an extra charge.

The courier service we use is GoSweetSpot. All deliveries must be signed for and are not able to be delivered to PO Boxes. Please bear this in mind when supplying your shipping address. We suggest supplying your work address is a great alternative if no-one is at your home address during the day.

When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to tracking details. It can take a bit of time for your order to enter their system so if it doesn't show up straight away, please check back later.

Returns and exchanges

If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase, this isn't a problem, though we can’t exchange beauty products, unless they are faulty. Please email rose@mooma.co.nz. We accept exchanges for credit or replacement, but not refunds. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer’s responsibility. When returning, please use a tracked courier and send your returns back within 7 days of receiving your order. 



If your order has arrived faulty or damaged please email rose@mooma.co.nz explaining the situation. We might need your order sent back to us for assessment. If this is the case, we will arrange a courier pickup from a place and time that is convenient for you. If we have a replacement available we will send one out at no charge. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.

Gift wrapping

If you are gifting something to someone special, we are happy to send your purchase directly to the gift recipient. We can giftwrap for free and add a gift tag which we will happily write a message in for you – just leave a message with the details in the special instructions box at checkout.
